_UPDATE_INIT_DIALOGUE()


A script that begins a given dialogue sequence.


Returns: Void


Syntax:


_UPDATE_INIT_DIALOGUE(actl, actr, seqi, seqs)

Arguments:


Name Type Significance
actl Sprite Reference Array The cutins of the characters that are to be displayed on the left side of the screen during dialogue (left to right).
actr Sprite Reference Array The cutins of the characters that are to be displayed on the right side of the screen during dialogue (right to left).
seqi String Array The control strings (see _DIALOGUE_CONTROLLER) to use for the dialogue sequence.
seqs String Array The markup strings (see _DRAW_MARKUP_STRING()) to use for the dialogue sequence.
