A script that provides a quick way to generate a numerical ID for a spell card.
Returns: Non-negative Integer
|_ENEMY_SPELL_GET_CID(n, p, d)|
|n||Non-negative Integer||The amount of spells the player would can encounter before this one in a normal playthrough.|
|p||Reference to Object||The object representing the player character that normally encounters this spell card.|
|d||Non-negative Integer||The difficulty that the spell card is encountered on.|
Any argument can be set to noone to use the default value, or the script can be called with no arguments at all to use the default values for all three. Those default values are, in order: global._SPELL_ENCOUNTERS, asset index of global._PLAYER and global._DIFFICULTY.
