A script that draws collectibles in the same vein as the player's lives or bombs on the HUD.

|cy||<integer>||The Y-coordinate to draw at.|
|n||<integer>||How many collectibles of this kind the player has.|
|m||<integer>||How many collectibles of this kind the player can have.|
|frg||<integer>||How many "pieces" of this kind of collectible the player has. (can be left at 0)|
|spr*||<sprite>||The sprite to use.|
*Must be in the same format as _HEART_SPRITE and _BOMB_SPRITE.
Draw n filled in sprites, one sprite (or none) according to frg, then fill out the rest of the slots with an empty sprite.
