The object that respawns the player after they die.


Name Type Significance
_CREATING Boolean Whether or not the player is about to be respawned.


Trigger # Actions
Create 1 Declare local variables. Set own position to an arbitrary point, create the player at said point.
Alarm 0 1 If no instance of the player exists, create one, set global._PLAYER_DEAD and _CREATING to false, indicating they've respawned. Reset this alarm if for whatever reason the player failed to create.
Step 1 If the player is dead and not already set to respawn, set Alarm 0 to an arbitrary value and _CREATING to true.
