The object that initializes, controls and displays the highest achieved score.

Trigger # Actions
Create 1 Declare global._HI_SCORE by pulling it from global._DATA_MAP, reinitializing it if the file "score.dat" doesn't exist.
End Step 1 Update global._HI_SCORE if the player's score is higher than it.
Draw 1 Draw the high score using _DRAW_DIGIT_INTEGER().
