The object that creates the designated timeline object at the beginning of a replay or practice session.

Create 1 If there's a spell practice session being replayed, create the already designated stage object and destroy self. Otherwise, create a timeline object depending on global._STAGE_NUMBER if it's defined. Set global._STAGE_OBJECT to own object index.
